Powers did a great job replacing our old generator. The project coordinator did a great job, and every aspect of the job was done professionally with attention to detail. The technicians were prompt and very responsive to my requests and questions. I will be using them again for future work as it arises.

Due to a new generator having continued problem reliability issues, the Powers Generator's organization strived very hard to make sure that this issue would be resolved. I a world where the best customer service you can offer is 5-Star, Powers consistently delivers 6. They stepped in to pick up the pieces after the original installer proved themselves to be incompetent, And they did it promptly and professionally while totally focused on picking up the pieces and building our confidence in the unit. And everyone I have dealt with has left me with the sense that I am their most important client. While I know that I'm really not, it does make me feel good.
Very capable, professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company for sense of security and confidence of good work being done.

I had been trying to find someone to help with our generator for a few years. I reached out to “Powers” and the young man they sent seemed very knowledgeable. He service the generator but I still had an issue. The “Powers” tech advised that he believed the problem I was having was a supply line issue and he was not allowed to work on that.
