Very disappointed with Powers Generator Service today. We lost power around 2pm, the generator came on and immediately went off. The display said "locked rotor". Contacted Powers Generator Service and we were told it was a software issue and that we would have to pay premium rates for a weekend call. We were told it was a "rare issue" but our neighbor has the exact same issue. Software issue is not our problem, so much for the claim of never without power..
MY MOTHER IN LAW BOUGHT A GENERATOR FROM POWERS GENERATORS SWANZEY NH, IN 2009. THE GENERATOR HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A LEMON. POWER GOES OUT DEAD BATTERIES IN THE GENERATOR GENERATOR DOESNT START LOST POWER 5 TIMES GENERATOR FAILED..Powers has never taken responsibility for the unit. Well after six years of misery. I'm having another company install a new unit. POWERS THANKS FOR NOTHING YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PEICE OF BUSINESS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
