He service the generator but I still had an issue. The “Powers” tech advised that he believed the problem I was having was a supply line issue and he was not allowed to work on that. RecommendedI contacted Powers Generator at 7am on Thursday March 8th in the snow storm when my house generator stopped working. They called me right back and they were on site by 9:30am. Repaired the generator by 10:30am. They provide fantastic service.

Very disappointed with Powers Generator Service today. We lost power around 2pm, the generator came on and immediately went off. The display said "locked rotor". Contacted Powers Generator Service and we were told it was a software issue and that we would have to pay premium rates for a weekend call. We were told it was a "rare issue" but our neighbor has the exact same issue. Software issue is not our problem, so much for the claim of never without power..
