He service the generator but I still had an issue. The “Powers” tech advised that he believed the problem I was having was a supply line issue and he was not allowed to work on that. RecommendedI contacted Powers Generator at 7am on Thursday March 8th in the snow storm when my house generator stopped working. They called me right back and they were on site by 9:30am. Repaired the generator by 10:30am. They provide fantastic service.

RecommendedGenerator used for first time since Spring installation. Power goes out, generator comes on and we have heat, light and flush toilet. Life is great with a Powers backup generator.
Terrible company spent over 15k for a whole house generator that I provided to them. They decided my house needed service so they sent a “technician” out and “billed” us 300$ and sent us to collection. Avoid at all costs. And their office is a mess question them and THEY tell you THEY don’t like your tone. Very happy with chamberlain
